About Us

New Home Co-Broker Academy LLC offers life-changing, career-changing, online new home sales training for general real estate agents. Graduates of our "How to Build A New Homes Niche" course earn the New Home Co-Broker designation. More than 1,000 real estate agents have achieved this designation in our short history. The course is also approved for three hours of CE credit in Florida.  

New Home Co-Broker Academy has partnered with New Home Source Professional to market the course. We are extremely grateful for their selecting our course as the one they felt best serves the thousands of Realtors that subscribe to their website and hundreds of home builders who use their marketing and design services throughout America and beyond. 

Founder David Fletcher recruited, trained and supervised w on-site sales teams that sold more than $3 billion, in more than 70 communities, about half of which was sold through Realtors. He served as exclusive marketing consultant to the largest lender in the southeast, recommending disposition strategy for 27 condominium communities.

You may have read his columns in Inman NewsRealty Times, or New Home Source Professional. You may have seen him as the featured speaker at the National Association of Realtors convention or leading a panel discussion to help builders grow their Realtor networks at the National Association of Homebuilders International Business Show in Orlando. 

Other major accomplishments in his "unconventional" career include:

  • Brokered the conversion of 16 apartments to condominiums.
  • Established and directed a new homes division as a profit center for a major real estate franchise for five years, which produced a $350,000 ROI in its first year.
  • Served as project manager of Bay Island Club in St. Petersburg, FL, one of the largest waterfront communities in Florida.
  • At the invitation of Prentice-Hall publishers, wrote, Condominium Sales and Listings, the book that became the basis for three hours of continuing education for Florida real estate agents.
  • Owned and operated his own brokerage for 12 years which specialized exclusively in representing developers and managed 14 condominium associations.
  • Chaired the Sales and Marketing Council for the Florida Homebuilder Association
  • Earned the MIRM designation.
  • Recognized as a Lifetime Achiever by a national real estate franchise.
  • Author of How To Build A New Home Niche, a three-hour course approved for both online and live presentations by the Florida Real Estate Commission for continuing education credit.

David earned a BS Economics degree, served in the United States Air Force as an ECM operator on the RB-36 bomber, is married, a grandfather of two grandsons, coaches Little league baseball, and plays a little golf.
