Content is based on his 30 years experience working exclusively as the listing broker for home builders, condominium developers, and rental conversion developers.

His real estate career started as project manager for Bay Island, a 660-unit condominium in St. Petersburg, Fl. Over the years his onsite teams sold more than $3 billion in the more than 70 communities they represented. In every case his listing agreements included marketing through Realtors at market-rate commissions.

This collection is his way of sharing what he learned from both the builder's and Realtor's point of view. All of his courses focus on the needs, the fear, and the opportunities facing real estate agents today and how to work within the new homes environment at the highest possible level with members of the new homes industry.
