ABD Development Co-Broker Seminars Big Hit With Realtors

by David Fletcher May 27, 2016

We have to take our hats off to ABD Development, the company developing one of central Florida's master planned communities, on the Walt Disney World side of Orlando about 30 minutes to everything.

They have made a commitment to local Realtors to help them become better all around agents, by choosing an education-driven new homes sales training co-broker program that has turned into a win-win-win for all parties.

"The developer is happy, the agents are happy, and our six builders are happy,' according to Sales and Marketing Director Matthew (Matt) Brown.

The developer sponsored four seminars through May of this year and has six more planned.

What is Providence doing that is making so much fuss?

Brown chose to offer the local Realtor community a three-hour seminar approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission for three hours continuing education credit.

"What we like is the fact that the course is written from the agent's perspective, not the homebuilder's perspective.

"Our approach is resulting in 'first day' close out for participation. Agents are learning how to be better agents by adding new home services to their business, and what they are learning helps them sell both more new homes and resales," Brown said.

Founder David Fletcher has written an all-in, left-it-all-on-the field real estate course for general real estate agents who want to become effective new home co-brokers without learning construc tion or becoming experts on new homes. They want to continue to be experts on meeting the needs of their home shoppers, especially those who will consider new homes. David combines market research, case studies and his 30 years experience as a new homes broker in this 3 hour online course. Graduates join more than 700 Realtors who have earned the New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) designation. A 20-question exam must be passed with a score of 80. Upon passing the course you may download your certificate.
