Realtors Learn How New Home Onsite Consultants Help Them

In a recent How To Build A New Homes Niche live seminar, the 53 Realtors in attendance were asked what they learned most from the seminar in terms of working with onsite sales consultants. Here are some of their comments:

“They're so useful."

“They take a lot of the stress out of the buying process”

“The importance of me being quiet during their presentation”

“Allow them time to showcase their property.”

“They make sure your prospects are registered.”

“They know how to establish urgency.”

What does this tell you? What it tells me is that general agents want to work with onsite agents but don’t know how, because they have not been trained to do so. Would it be safe to assume that the real estate profession does not know how to help its general agents in this area?

If this is not fodder for a builder sales meeting, I don’t know what is. Each topic is worth a good discussion, for sure.
